The fully automated slicing machine enables the slicing of salmon and other frozen fish products for sushi production. The sushi product holder with integrated gravity feed enables precise slicing of frozen fish with minimal residue. The product holder´s angle of inclination is adjustable, paving the way for variation in slice shapes. The machine lies on the conveyor belt, allowing for constant slicing.
